Our Story
JCessna Media was born right here in Cape Coral in 2023. We saw too many great local companies get buried online while their competitors pulled ahead with better content and smarter strategies. We decided to do something about it.

Meet Jimmy Cessna, Founder of JCessna Media
Jimmy Cessna spent 25 years in the home services industry — working his way from technician to management — before founding JCessna Media in 2023. From the manager's seat, he saw the same problem play out year after year: the marketing dollars his companies spent rarely translated into the kind of results the work deserved.
The campaigns looked fine on paper. The leads didn't follow.
That gap between effort and outcome stuck with him. Great local businesses with skilled teams and quality service were getting outranked, outranked, and outspent by competitors with sharper content and smarter strategy — not better workmanship. Jimmy decided to build the agency he wished his industry had access to.
He brought serious creative training to the table. Jimmy holds a BA in Digital Cinematography and an MA in New Media Journalism from Full Sail University, and is currently completing his MA in Digital Marketing — also at Full Sail. In 2025, his home services commercial work earned a Silver Telly Award, recognizing excellence in video production for the trades.
Based in Cape Coral, JCessna Media now combines cinematic video production with full-funnel digital marketing — SEO, paid ads, AI assistants, web design, social media, email, and reputation management — all handled in-house. The agency has served 50+ businesses across Lee, Collier, Charlotte, Sarasota, and DeSoto counties and holds a 5-star Google rating.
Jimmy also founded F.A.N.G. (Florida Action News Group), a Southwest Florida media outlet covering home services, real estate, and the local issues affecting homeowners across the region.
His mission hasn't changed since day one: give SWFL businesses — especially the home service pros he came up with — world-class marketing without the big-city price tag, the outsourcing, or the runaround.
